These Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a valid and legal contract between you (“Partner”, “Driver”, “User”, “you” or “your”) and Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Women Rider”, “WoR”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers your registration and access as well as your usage of the Women Rider mobile application (the “App”) along with other given related websites, platforms, or services by the Company (in entirety, “the Platform”). These Terms govern the Women Rider platform under Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd and are exclusively directed to Partners (drivers) who are registered to provide driving services within the Women Rider service.
I. About Us
At Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Women Rider”, “WoR”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use our mobile application and associated services. Women Rider is designed specifically for women by women, to ensure safety, comfort, and reliability in everyday travel. As such, privacy is not just a legal responsibility for us — it's a core value of our platform. We understand that sharing personal information requires trust. Therefore, we ensure full transparency about how your data is handled, and we offer options to control your data. This policy applies to all users of the app, including riders, drivers (women-only), and guest users who browse our services.
By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services. We encourage you to read this document carefully and reach out with any questions or concerns.
II. Women Rider Terms
- Consent to Policy:By accessing or using the Women Rider platform or its services, you agree and consent to this Privacy Policy, including any amendments made by Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion, which may be updated from time to time and posted on the Women Rider platform.
- Compliance with Laws: Any collection, processing, retrieval, transfer, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information will be in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder (“Applicable Laws”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use the Women Rider platform or services.
- Accuracy and Authorization: You hereby represent and warrant to Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. that:
- The information you provide to Women Rider is authentic, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You possess all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide such information to Women Rider
- The provision of this information, as well as Women Rider’s collection, storage, usage, transfer, access, or processing of it, will not violate any agreement, applicable laws, charter documents, judgments, orders, or legal decrees.
III. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to enable secure, efficient, and personalized service delivery:
- Personal Information: This includes your full name, contact number, email address, profile photo, gender (for female-only verification), date of birth, and identity documents such as Aadhaar or driver’s license for KYC, compliance, or profile verification.
- Emergency Contacts:You may voluntarily provide emergency contacts. This data is used only in case of a safety-related incident (such as triggering the SOS feature) and is never shared without cause.
- Location Data:Real-time and background GPS data during ride use is captured for route matching, driver discovery, live tracking, estimated time calculations, and safety purposes.
- Payment Info:Details about payments made through our app are stored, including the mode of payment, amount, status, and refund history.
- Device and Network Data:We log device type, model, operating system, mobile carrier, app version, IP address, and language preference to ensure compatibility and performance optimization.
IV.How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: We use your information to create, authenticate, manage, and update user profiles for both riders and drivers. This includes identity verification, profile personalization, and saving user preferences.
- Ride Fulfillment and Logistics: We use location data to match riders with drivers, assign optimal pickup points, and estimate time and cost. Real-time tracking ensures timely pickups and efficient route planning.
- Safety and Support: Your data powers SOS features, emergency contact notifications, incident reporting, and live tracking. We also use your contact details to send alerts and respond to complaints or support requests.
- Payment Processing: We process payments securely, apply discounts or promo codes, issue digital receipts, and manage refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Improving Services: We analyze usage data, feedback, and behavioral patterns to improve features, develop new services, and personalize the experience for both riders and partners.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Your information may be used to respond to legal notices, enforce our Terms of Use, detect and investigate fraud, or comply with requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
- Marketing and Communication: With your consent, we may send promotional offers, newsletters, referral bonuses, surveys, and app notifications. You can opt out of these communications anytime through your settings.
- Third-Party Services: While using our platform, you may interact with third-party providers. Women Rider (WOR) does not control or guarantee the conduct, safety, or reliability of such providers, and disclaims liability for any interactions or services offered by third parties, including riders and partners.
V. Sharing of Information
We are committed to protecting your personal data from unauthorized sharing. Information may be shared only under the following circumstances:
- With Drivers and Riders: During active bookings, limited profile information is shared. Drivers can see your name, pickup location, and rating. Riders can view the driver’s name, photo, rating, and vehicle details.
- With Service Providers: Third-party partners such as cloud storage providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and support vendors may access limited data under strict confidentiality agreements.
- With Legal Authorities: We may disclose your data if required by law, including under a subpoena, court order, or regulatory directive.
- During Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, your data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to continued protection under this Privacy Policy.
- With Your Consent: In certain situations, we may request your explicit consent before sharing your data—for example, in testimonials, promotional campaigns, or beta test participation.
VI. Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
- Active Users: All data is retained during your active use of the app.
- Inactive Users: If you stop using the app, your data is retained for up to 1 year after your last activity unless deletion is requested.
- Deleted Accounts: Upon request to delete your account, your profile will be deactivated within 31 days. Complete deletion of the account will occur after 3 years. However, transactional or anonymized data may be retained for legal, tax, or analytical purposes.
- Emergency or Security Data: Data related to SOS triggers, support tickets, and security incidents may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations or conduct safety audits.
VII. Data Security Measures
We take robust security measures to protect your data:
- Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (including OTP via SMS or Aadhaar verification) is used for account security. Ride bookings may also require verification using a WOR PIN.
- Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and access is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis.
- Infrastructure Security: All API endpoints are secured with proper authentication and rate limiting. A reverse proxy ensures incoming traffic is filtered through a secure gateway with strict CORS and content policies.
- Data Storage: Database access is limited to trusted networks and uses strong credentials. Sensitive files such as backups and configuration data are securely stored and inaccessible to the public.
- SSL Encryption: The platform uses industry-standard SSL certificates for encrypted communication, managed and auto-renewed via a trusted certificate authority.
- Periodic Audits: Internal security reviews and external penetration tests are conducted regularly to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- User Responsibility: Users are advised not to share login details and to report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
VIII. Privacy and Data Usage for Women Riders
We collect and process data to support safe, efficient, and personalized services tailored to women riders.
A. Provide and Improve Services
- Creating and updating accounts for women riders.
- Using GPS data to calculate ETAs, track rides, and enable accurate pickups and drop-offs.
- Enabling features such as:
- Profile display (e.g., driver’s first name, vehicle information).
- ETA sharing, ride status sharing (to user-selected contacts only).
- Fare calculation based on route, time, location, and surge pricing (based on demand, weather, and traffic).
- Secure payment processing and digital receipt generation.
B. Ensure Safety, Security, and Fraud Protection
- Identity verification via Aadhaar OTP and WOR PIN confirmation.
- Monitoring ride data and device behavior for unsafe activity.
- Human-reviewed safety reports and ratings used to improve service and disable problematic accounts.
- Live support made possible via real-time location and device signals.
C. Provide Customer Support
- Trip data, chat logs, and call recordings are used to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support quality is improved by analyzing past interactions.
D. Marketing and Promotions
- We send tailored messages (email, SMS, or in-app) based on user preferences and ride history.
- We promote offers and features designed with women’s mobility and safety in mind.
IX. Women Rider Terms
- Partner (Driver): Refers to independent third-party drivers offering services through the Women Rider platform.
- Customer: A person using the Women Rider app to book rides from Partners.
- Vendors: Includes third-party providers such as two-wheeler rentals and driving schools listed on our platform. Women Rider is not responsible for the quality or conduct of these services.
- Device: Any smartphone, tablet, or computer used to access our platform.
- Device Identifier: Includes IP addresses or unique codes that help identify user devices.
X. Your Rights and Choices
You remain in full control of your personal information. You have the right to:
- Access: View your ride history within the app (last 1 year).
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate information through the app or by request.
- Deletion: Delete your account anytime (deactivation happens in 31 days).
- Restrict Processing: Ask us to limit how we use your data in certain cases.

XI. Age Requirement
To register as a rider or driver, you must be at least 18 years old.

Although our services are India-based, if accessed from other countries, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of your data in India, where our infrastructure and team are located.
We follow globally accepted standards to protect your information during such transfers.
