THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RELEVANT RULES THEREUNDER. THIS RECORD IS COMPUTER-GENERATED AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Passenger", "Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "Women Rider", "WoR", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your registration, access, and usage of the Women Rider mobile application (the "App") and related websites, services, and platforms (together, the "Platform").

1. Women Rider Terms (For Passengers)

By accessing, registering, or using the Women Rider Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding legal contract between you and Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Your continued use of the Platform confirms your acceptance of any updates or changes made by the Company over time.

The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services Provided by Women Rider (For Passengers)

As a registered Passenger, you are entitled to access the following services through the Women Rider platform:

1. Technology Platform

Women Rider is a digital platform that facilitates connections between female passengers and independent third-party female drivers ("Partners") for on-demand transport. You can book rides using the mobile app or website.

2. Multi-Vehicle Transport Options

The Platform allows ride bookings using various vehicle types—two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers—all operated by women drivers. This service ensures safety and promotes economic empowerment of women.

3. Passenger Support Services

We provide support for fare payments, trip tracking, resolving ride-related issues, and scheduled pickups from key locations such as airports.

4. Safety and Security Features

Your safety is a priority. The app includes real-time tracking, SOS alerts, verified driver profiles, and a driver rating system based on passenger feedback.

Note: Women Rider does not directly offer transportation services. All rides are provided by independent female drivers. These services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Fundamental Passenger Terms

These Terms ensure a safe, transparent, and respectful experience for you ("Passenger") on the Women Rider ("WOR") platform operated by Nuhvin Global Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"). By registering, accessing, or booking rides, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Minors may only accompany you during rides under your direct supervision. You accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior.

2. No Legal Restrictions

You confirm that no law, regulation, or judicial order prevents you from using the Platform or Services.

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the Platform.

4. Third-Party Services

The rides are provided by independent third-party women drivers ("Partners"). Women Rider acts only as a facilitator and does not control, manage, or ensure the quality or safety of rides provided.

5. Verification by Third Parties

The Company may engage authorized third-party agencies to verify your or a driver's identity, documents, and background (e.g., KYC, police verification).

6. Consent to Information Use

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and sharing of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. This may include sharing with third parties for service delivery or identity verification.

7. Accurate and Updated Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details at the time of registration and while using the Platform. You are responsible for correcting any outdated or incorrect data.

8. Truthful Representation

You must truthfully represent your age and gender during registration and while using the service. Misrepresentation may compromise user safety and is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Misrepresentation

Creating an account with false identity, especially as a male under a female profile, or falsely registering a minor, is forbidden.

10. Penalties for Misrepresentation

If you falsely represent your identity, the Company may:

  • Deactivate or permanently suspend your account without notice.
  • Deny access to all future Services.
  • Report you to relevant legal authorities.
  • Reject benefits or claims including offers or insurance.

11. Responsibility for Minors

You may not authorize minors to use your account. If minors accompany you, you are fully responsible for their conduct and safety.

12. Binding Legal Obligations

You confirm that you are legally competent to enter binding agreements and not restricted by insolvency or legal orders.

13. Authorization for Verification

You authorize the Company or its partners to verify your identity using documents, databases, or other tools in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Service Access Limitations

If we are unable to verify your identity or information, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform.

15. Emergency Situations

  • The Platform includes an SOS feature to alert our team and, if needed, local authorities during emergencies.
  • Response times may vary depending on location and circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays or outcomes beyond our control.
  • You must provide accurate emergency contact details and cooperate with officials when the SOS feature is used.

4. Information Collection and Use

We collect and process your information to provide and improve the Services, enhance safety, and comply with legal obligations. This includes:

4.1 Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data: Collected while the app is running (foreground or background) when “On-Duty” mode is enabled.
  • Transaction Details: Includes trip history, pick-up/drop locations, and payment records.
  • Usage Information: Includes app usage patterns, search behavior, browser type, and visit timestamps.
  • Device Information: Device identifiers (e.g., IP address), OS version, mobile network, gestures, scroll actions, etc.
  • Call/SMS Data: Collected with your permission for purposes like OTP verification, issuing PINs, or auto-filling payment details.

4.2 Purpose of Use

  • Verify your identity and service eligibility.
  • Facilitate trip booking, payment processing, and rider-driver communication.
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience.
  • Enhance safety and track usage behavior for insights.
  • Comply with applicable laws or respond to legal/government requests.
  • Send important service notifications, offers, or promotions.
  • Share select information (e.g., name, phone, photo) with Partners for coordination and safety.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.
  • Key data practices include collecting location, trip, and payment details to provide services, ensuring safety, and complying with laws. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  • Updates to the Privacy Policy will be communicated alongside changes to these Terms.

6. Security

We prioritize the security of your information and employ industry-standard measures to protect it, including:

  • Secure APIs: All API endpoints use secure authentication and restricted access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Protected Traffic: A reverse proxy ensures all incoming traffic passes through a secure gateway, with strict content and cross-origin policies enforced.
  • Restricted Database Access: Databases are accessible only from trusted networks, using strong, unique credentials and minimal permissions for each service.
  • Secure Storage: Sensitive data, including configuration files and backups, is stored with strict system-level permissions and is not publicly accessible.
  • Encrypted Connections: Our domain is secured with SSL certificates from a trusted authority, with automatic renewal and strong encryption for all connections.

We conduct regular security audits to enhance protections. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users promptly as required by law. You are responsible for protecting your Wor PIN and should not share it with anyone. Report suspected security issues to support@womenrider.com.

While we take robust steps to safeguard your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Termination of Services

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward drivers or other users.
  • You will be notified of termination via email or in-app message, except in cases of severe violations requiring immediate action. To appeal a termination, contact our Grievance Officer at warrior@womenrider.com within 10 days.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 3 years as per our Privacy Policy, and any unused promotional benefits or pending payments may be forfeited.
